Critical Incident Support

Some events leave an impact long after the emergency has ended.

The death of a colleague. A line-of-duty injury. A difficult pediatric call. A workplace fatality. A school tragedy. A large-scale disaster. Even for highly trained professionals, some experiences stay with us.

Our Critical Incident Support Team provides compassionate, structured support for groups and organizations following traumatic events. We work alongside agency leadership to create space for people to process what they have experienced, strengthen peer connection, normalize common stress responses, and identify those who may benefit from additional support.

Our role is not to provide psychotherapy or replace employee assistance programs. Rather, we offer timely, trauma-informed support designed to help individuals and teams begin making sense of difficult experiences while reducing isolation and reinforcing healthy coping.

We are available to support a wide range of organizations and teams, including:

  • Law enforcement agencies
